モデルとしても活躍しているメイリンのソロ・プロジェクトによる2作目。スカスカのシンセ・ポップにとりとめのない、それでいてチャーミングな歌を乗せた楽曲はニューウェイヴ～ポスト・パンクな勢いと輝きに満ちているが、そのカテゴリーを狙い定めたというよりも、チープな機材でDIYに作ったらこうなったフシのある自由さが楽しい。“KOURAKUEN”などからこぼれ落ちるアジア歌謡めいたメロディーも妙に沁みます。

"GANG!" is the second album from Zombie Chang, a project by fashion model Meirin. Here, she sets attractive lyrics about random topics to sparse synth pop tracks, brimming with the dynamism and sheen of new wave/post punk. However, it seems not so much a deliberate attempt as a laid-back cheap hardware jam that has turned out like this, and the casual approach plays a key role. Tracks like "KOURAKUEN" spill out traditional Asian pop-esque melodies, guaranteed to tug at the heartstrings.
