Saho Terao’s Daen no Yume (meaning Elliptical Dream)

Achieved public recognition by the song “Zansho” (meaning Afterlight) (a main theme song for the movie 0.5mm by prominent film director Momoko Ando), the distinguished singer-songwriter Saho Terao’s first full-length release in three years has arrived, - the first from her newly signed P-Vine label. Enfolding various tunes such as the singing-and-piano playing “Teiden Aika” (meaning Blackout Elegy) depicting a clear and quiet night, or the Jazzy groovy tune played with the six-piece unit Mori Wa Ikiteiru, “Real Love Niwa Mada” (meaning Not yet Real Love), or “Ano Hi” (meaning That Day), a track featuring an intimate chat with pop musician Oorutaichi’s electric sound, with the support of a bunch of unique guest artists, her creation of dainty and deeply rich vocal world can be affirmed as the most beautiful Terao work ever, definitely.
