ロード“Royals”の日本語リリックPVを手掛けるなど、絵師としても引く手数多の歌い手による3作目は、自身の生み出したキャラやイラストと楽曲が密接に絡み合うコンセプチュアルな作品。ゆうゆ、やいりといったボカロP勢が用意したサウンドはいずれもハードで急流のような抑揚に富んでおり、その混沌を突き抜ける秋の高音がドラマティックに輝く仕組み。中島みゆき“糸”のカヴァーも唐突なようでエモさがしっくりくる。

The 3rd release from the singer and much-in-demand painter, who famously created the Japanese-lyrics special version music video of Grammy-winning Lorde’s “Royals”, is a conceptual piece of work of her character/illustration creations intertwining closely with each song. Sounds prepared by famous vocaloid producers such as Yuuyu or Yairi are all intense and abound in inflection like wildwaters, and the high notes by Aki blazes out dramatically, piercing that chaos. “Ito (Tapestry)”, a cover of melancholic folk/rock singer-songwriter Miyuki Nakajima may seem abrupt, but actually comes to a nice comfort level with the emo-ness it is performed in.
