脳が摩耗しそうなシャウトに歪むギター、ロックンロールの衝動でまくし立てる印象だったうみのてが、約10か月のライヴ休止を経て大きく変わった。このセカンド・アルバムではミッド・テンポの曲が増え、起伏と奥行きのあるアレンジのなかに激しさを宿している。歌もソフトに鋭くなった感じ。また、メンバーそれぞれがお互いのポテンシャルを引き出していて、バンドらしい音の交歓がずいぶん楽しめるように。

UMINOTE had the impression of playing fast and furious with a combination of shouts that would wear your brain, distorted guitar sounds, and rock'n'roll impulse. But after a 10-month pause of live performances, they have changed substantially. In this second album, more mid-tempo tracks are included, and intensity dwells in the rolling and deep arrangements. The vocal has gotten softly sharp, and the members are drawing out the full potential of each other, allowing for a favorable communion of sounds just like a band.
