ヴォーカリスト（作詞も担当）のメイリアと、作／編曲家でキーボーディストのtokuによるユニット。すでに国内外のイヴェントにも多数出演し、メイリアはじん（自然の敵P）の曲にもフィーチャーされるなど、熱気高まるなかでファースト・アルバムが完成。打ち込みを基本に、起伏に富んだドラマティックな楽曲構成と、シンセやギター、ストリングスなどをふんだんに採り入れたサウンドは華々しく力強い。エレクトロニックな色彩も濃く、ブリーピーなシンセが乱反射する“PRIDE”や“grilletto”ではEDM以降のダイナミズムをフルに発揮しているし、ハウシーな“Steps”はサカナクションを思わせる高性能のダンス・チューン。そして凛としたヴォーカルが、振り幅のある楽曲に統一感を持たせている。

GARNiDELiA consists of two members: vocalist/lyricist MARiA and songwriter/arranger/keyboardist toku. They have already come on stage for a lot of events, home and abroad. Also, Maria was featured on a song done by music producer/novelist/playwriter Jin a.k.a. Shizen no Teki P (meaning P The Enemy of Nature). Filled with such excitement, their first album was made up. Based on programming, the tracks are dramatically organized with different types of music, and the sounds lavished with synth, guitar and strings are gorgeous and strong. Colored by electronic, the dynamism of post-EDM is fully expressed on "grilletto" and "PRIDE" where bleepy synth sounds are diffusing, and house-like "Steps" is a high-performance dance tunes which reminds me of Sakanaction, a rock band from Sapporo, Hokkaido. Furthermore, dignified vocal brings the whole diverse tracks together.
