〈黒＝さまざまな色が混ざっているゆえに、もっともカラフルな色〉というリッチブラック的な概念で制作された4作目。ラウドな“overflow”やメロウなR&Bポップ“神様の悪戯”、2000年代のニューウェイヴ・リヴァイヴァルを想起させる“一連托生”、シリアスで壮大な表題曲など雑多だが、どれもキャッチー。細分化され、独自の発展を遂げている日本のロック・シーンをひとつの線で繋ぐべく、挑戦状を叩き付けた会心作だ。

'Black = the most colorful color because various colors are mixed.' This Visual-kei rock band made their fourth album with this 'rich black' concept. Included tracks are miscellaneous. Yet, each of them are catchy; "overflow" is a loud tune, "Kamisama no Itazura (meaning God's Mischief)" is a mellow R&B pop, "Ichirentakusho (meaning In the Same Boat)" reminds us of 2000s new wave revival, and the title song is serious and majestic. This satisfying work thrusts a challenge to the Japanese rock scene that is currently fragmented and developing on its own accord, hoping to liaise the scene with one firm line.
