ヴォーカル＋MC＋ホーンを含むバンド体制で渋谷の路上を中心に活動し、GAGLEの対バンに指名されて注目を集める彼ら。ジャズ、ファンク、ヒップホップを基調にしつつ、平熱に近いテンションでサウンドをグルーヴさせ、初作にしてヴェテランのような妙味。ところどころでタイム感がややズレるような部分があるが、ノー・シーケンスのブレイクビーツのような心地良いノリがあり、有機的な音の広がりが印象的だ。

Mainly playing on a street in Shibuya and consisting of a vocalist, an MC and a horn section, the band SANABAGUN are drawing attention all the more so due to being assigned as a co-performer to share stage with GAGLE, the Sendai-representative three-piece hip hop unit. Based on jazz, funk and hip hop, they groove the sound in a 'lukewarm temperature' letting off a veteran-like charmful taste, despite it being their first piece of work. The 'time feel (time placement)' seems to be a little bit off at times, but their groove is cozy like breakbeats using no music sequencer, and the organic sound spreads impressively.
