Island houseの名でspoon+やSaoriiiiiらを手掛けてもいる山本真平と、〈変な声〉担当のannが組んだ大阪のエレクトロ・ポップ男女。限定流通盤やフリー配信作はあったが、これが一般流通による初のフル・アルバムとなる。過去曲のアップデートも含めて、山本はポップな資質をユーフォリックに繰り出し、エフェクトをかけまくったannの歌唱を包み込む。そんな未来的な整合性からハミ出してくる彼女の生々しさがまた魅力的。

Andriiland. is a boy/girl electro-pop duo from Osaka that consists of Shinpei Yamamoto who also produces electro artists spoon+ and Saoriiiii under the solo artist name , and ann who is in charge of the weird and funny voices.  The duo has had limited edition releases and free downloads before, but this is their first full album out for general distribution.  Including updates of old songs, Yamamoto creates euphoric pop sounds that wrap around ann’s heavily effected vocals.  The vividness that spills out of that futuristic consistency is fascinating
