Second album from TWEEDEES, the Japanese pop duo consisting of singer Natsumi Kiyoura and Reiji Okii, former member of the disbanded post-Shibuya-kei rock band, Cymbals. It opens with the fresh "Sokudo to Chikara (meaning Speed and Power)" in which an Exotica-filled melody and distortional guitar sounds fuse together. Following that is the thrilling beat number "STRIKERS" filled with 90s Shimokitazawa-kei-ish [green] words such as [secondhand shirt] and [half-eaten toast], while "PHILLIP" features a really tasty duet by Muhammad of Indonesian band ikkubaru and Kiyoura. "Baby, Baby" is a guitar pop number whose music video was released prior to the album release, and the album is closed perfectly with the swingy "Moonlight Flapper". Featuring these witty pop numbers given tweaks to by Okii, the kind of music he's been creating since he was in Cymbals, this album will surely make your heart leap. The non-day-to-day scenes described in the lyrics will make you feel like you are watching a private video from your trip. This is an album you can enjoy in a most relaxed mood.
