改名後の初作『date course』以降、それぞれにカラーの異なる4枚のシングルを経て届いたニュー・アルバム。バタ足っぽさもあった以前の喋りも魅力的だけど、それぞれのスキルアップによって一体感のあるマイクリレーを生み出したことの成果は、ALI-KICK製のスカッとするファンキー・トラック“I.D.O.L.R.A.P”での幕開けからアグレッシヴなヒット・シングル“PRIDE”へと至る流れのカッコ良さからも明白だろう。そのぶんタイトな生真面目さが強調されて感じられる部分もあるものの、後半に固められたオフステージ的な雰囲気の楽曲群が彼女ら独自の持ち味をふわりと広げてくれる。ライヴ音源と被せて始まる演出もアツい“FRESH!!!”など、既発曲をうまく流れに織り込む構成もいいですね。

Following the 1st album “date course” and 4 distinctive singles afterward, here is the renamed idol hip hop unit's latest full-length release. Contrary to the charmingly rookie-ish rapping in the past works, this latest piece offers a more unified mic-relay embracing the improved skill of each member that consequently generates an amazingly cool flow from the exhilarating ALI-KICK (MC/track maker/Romancrew)-produced funky opening track "I.D.O.L.R.A.P" to the following aggressive hit single track "PRIDE". While partly demonstrating some overemphasized solid seriousness, offstage-y relaxing tunes in the second half gently enhance their own specialties. Such as the energetic live-recording-topped "FRESH!!!", it is so good to find the pre-released songs nicely and tactfully encased here as well.
