前作以降はセルフ・カヴァー集や編集盤が続いたが、いよいよオリジナル・アルバムが完成。LAにあるフー・ファイターズのスタジオでレコーディングされた本作は、ヘヴィーでパワフルな音の鳴りも魅力の、ストレートでシンプルな原点回帰的と言える作風だ。社会の不穏さと、それでも不撓不屈の精神を映す詞も彼ららしい。前回同様、全員での共作曲が数曲あり、特にフィナーレを飾る“オペラグラス”に胸がすく。

After the last original album, this famous rock band continued to release restoral albums or re-edited compilations of their own songs, but now they have finally completed a new original album. This attractive piece with heavy and powerful sounds was recorded at the Foo Fighter's studio in LA and its style is straightforward and simple, giving it a touch as if they returned to their own roots. The lyrics reflecting the turbulence of our society while demonstrating their unyielding spirits are so unique to them. Same as the last time, there are some tracks produced jointly by all the members. Especially, "Opera Glasses," the finale, would make you feel refreshed.
