First album from WONDERVER, the Japanese 3-piece band consisting of two men and a woman that has already been noted for their live shows. It makes sense that some call them the [Passion Pit of Japan] as they are characterized by the sounds of uplifting synth pop, but their catchy melody also recalls the flavor of J-Pop by Yasutaka Nakata (Japanese songwriter, music producer and DJ, known famously for producing Kyary Pamyu Pamyu) or tofubeats (Japanese singer/music producer/DJ). And yet, the vocal has a sweet gender-neutral voice, a characteristic often seen in Japanese guitar rock bands, making a refreshing combination with their sound.
